If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.

Return Process

  Pack the Unit

  Securely place the vacuum and all attachments back into the original box to prevent transit damage.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
